Available Requests
Depending on your state, you may have the right to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, portability, opt-out of sale or sharing, opt-out of targeted advertising, or limitation of sensitive personal information where applicable.
How to Submit a Request
Email privacy@routemyquote.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Include the phone number and email address used in your quote request so we can locate the record. Do not send sensitive documents unless we request them through a secure verification process.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity before processing access, deletion, correction, or portability requests. For opt-out requests, we will use the information you provide to add matching identifiers to suppression workflows where technically feasible.
Authorized Agents
You may use an authorized agent where allowed by law. We may request proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.
What We May Retain
Even after a deletion request, we may retain limited records needed for fraud prevention, legal compliance, consent evidence, suppression lists, security, dispute resolution, or other permitted purposes.
Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights, though certain services may not function if we cannot process information needed to route a quote request.
